Due to the nature of our business — providing custom-designed digital replicas — we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except under specific conditions outlined below.
1. No Returns
Since each product is custom-made and delivered digitally, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only if:
- The product was not delivered
- The delivered file is incomplete or corrupted
- You were charged twice for the same order
To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief explanation.
3. Revision Policy
If there’s an error in your file (misspelled name, wrong design version, etc.), we will revise it at no additional charge within 3 days of delivery.
After that period, revision requests may incur a fee.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of payment, provided work has not begun. After that, cancellations may not be accepted due to our fast turnaround process.
